Terms & Conditions

• Area's should be sound, clear and free from debris.  Should you require us to carry out this procedure, a small charge will apply and can be quoted on.
• Access to an on-site free issue water supply is required.  If the work is remote or no water supply is available, the work can still be carried out but a charge will be quoted on for a water bowser and the water used.
• Oil stains can generally be removed from block paving, concrete and flagged area's with our specialist degreaser.  Oil stains from tarmac can not be removed but will be blended in by the application of the bitumen sealer.
• Pressure washing will not revive the colour loss or fading caused by exposure to the ultra-violet light in sunlight.  If necessary, a sample area can be tested free of charge.
• Block Paved area's may need a follow up visit subject to the weather as the surface must be clean and dry before they can be re-sanded.
• If the area is to be sealed, then this must take place the day it is re-sanded.
• Payment Terms - 100% on completion of work.  Our vans now have mobile Chip & Pin machines enabling secure payment with Visa, MasterCard, Switch or Maestro.  Cheques (with bankers card) and cash are also welcome.
• Account balances that are not cleared within the agreed time scale will be subject to a 5% interest charge, for each missed billing period.
• We are fully insured for Third Party Liability.
• We would appreciate its if a small promotional board could be left at the property for one week, providing of course that you are happy with the work.
• We will also offer each client 10% cash back on the value of their invoice if they recommend a friend who has their driveway or path restored too.
