| Restoring your bike to the way it was when
new.
It includes the following:- |

Intermediary service. Includes all of the following |
- Bike stripped down to the frame, then cleaned and
checked for alignment and damage. All threads cleaned and
checked
- Hubs, Bottom Bracket, Headset are all disassembled, cleaned, inspected, rebuilt
with new grease, re-fitted and checked for movement.
- Drivetrain (rear cassette, chain, cranks)
removed, cleaned, inspected, rebuilt with new lube and re-fitted.
- All other fittings removed, checked for wear,
cleaned, re-lubricated, replacing all cables and housings.
- Brake blocks or pads checked and replaced if
required.
- Safety check. All fittings, mudguards, racks,
etc.
- Gears adjusted and set up correctly.

- Frame and forks checked for alignment.
- Headset checked for free play and adjusted as
required.
- Bottom bracket checked for free play and adjusted
as required.
- Allen bolts checked and tightened to correct
torque.
- External adjustment of all bearings.
- Lubrication of chain, mechs and cables.
- Adjustment of gears and brakes.
- Wheel hubs and rims checked for damage and wear.
- Check inflation of tyres.
- Brakes checked for effective operation and
adjusted as required.
- Safety check. All fittings, mudguards, racks,
etc.
