Our Service Promise |
| |
- We will always do our very best.
- We will respect our clients property in the same way we would
expect others to treat ours.
- An honest assessment of the likely outcome of the work will be
provided at the time of quotation. If appropriate, this may
result in the advice that the cost of restoration be put towards the
renewal of the surface. We can arrange this for you, if you so
wish. If during the cleaning process it becomes apparent that
the desired result will not be achieved, the client will be given
the option for the work to cease with NO CHARGE.
- Appointment times will be kept as precise as possible and will
be kept. There are always unforeseen events, but if we expect
to be early or late, we will ring and agree this with the client.
- If we fail to keep an appointment, due to equipment failure or
improper diary management, the client will have the opportunity of
re-scheduling the work at a discounted price.*
- Written quotations will be adhered to.
- In the event of any complaints, they will be dealt with in a
swift and professional manner.
- We will maintain our membership of the relevant professional
organisations. This will include attendance at industry
seminars and training courses.
- Equipment and materials used will be from reputable companies
with quality control procedures appropriate with providing a
professional service.
- Private mobile phone conversations will not be conducted on the
clients premises.
- We use a specially designed water reservoir so as not to waste
water.

* - Domestic Clients Only. Due to variances in the
UK weather, appointments for undertaking exterior work will always be
subject to acceptable weather conditions. |
|
| |
Please note that as we are a registered company, we are
not affected by the Domestic Hosepipe bans that usually come into force
during the summer months. However, during every job carried out,
we are always mindful of how much water is used, and every attempt is
made to keep wastage to a minimum. |
